One of the big steps in getting my life together was finding a way to organize my life. My mother always told me to make a to do list. Getting a to do list will help me get things organized and get things done. True, until you realize that you cannot find that to do list. Now, being that most of the jobs I do have something to do with the web, I went in search of a program for my computer that could act as a to do list. I did one better.
Todoist.com is a simple, effective, easy to use website where you can post your daily to dos and cross them out as you do them. No computer where you are? I know you got a cell phone. You can log in from your phone to add and cross out tasks. The site enables you to input future tasks that you need to be reminded of. There are no funky ads or designs on todoist. The whole theme of the site is designed around getting things done. Todoist also is able to plugin into firefox, gmail, and even quicksilver. For a small fee, the website can even send you alerts about what things you still need to do on your list.
There are other programs out there. This is the one for me. What’s your to do list like?
